Kathy Colunto has joined Metal Processing Corporation (MPC) as a customer service representative. Kathy comes to MPC from Ryerson, Inc. where she had worked since 1996 in progressively more responsible roles including her latest assignment as a customer service representative at Ryerson’s Chicago coil processing operation where she was accountable for procuring toll processing and storage as well as inventory management for numerous Ryerson plants around the country. Prior to Ryerson, Kathy spent several years as a customer service supervisor with Liquid Carbonic Corporation.
Kathy will play a key role in MPC’s customer service department. “Adding such an experienced individual as Kathy will further enhance MPC’s leading edge customer service capabilities” said Keith Medick, President and Chief Operating Officer of MPC.
We are pleased to have such an experienced person as Kathy joining the MPC team.
